About Delivery

Our priority is to receive your order in the fastest and cheapest way possible.
The transportation fee for all orders is calculated on an order basis according to the weight of the products you have received and the region you have ordered.
Usually orders placed before 16:00 (GMT + 3) are shipped the same day.
If there is a problem with the order, our customer service representative will contact you via the e-mail you entered during the order.
Deliveries usually take place within 7-14 days. If your product has not been delivered to you within this period, our first request from you is to wait 3 weeks.
